  Rude, Rude, Rude -- no word better describes the staff and management of this hotel. In my 20 years of traveling for work, I have never been treated so poorly. The customer service skills of the desk staff are horrible and management stands behind their employees 100%. Don't expect reasonable accommodation, or even an apology if something is not right with your stay. This is definitely a hotel of last resort if you want to stay in Lincoln City.
