We stayed four nights and we had nice clean Room.Hotel had good breakfast with buscuit gravy.Hotel had free facility to gym just show your room key and you are in.Which has all equipment with jaquzzi,sauna,steam bath.which was great for the price.

When I called the front desk to let them know my room (that I just checked in to) was full of empty beer bottles they suggested I carry my things to the other side of the hotel, up another flight of stairs, and take a room that had already been cleaned. When I suggested they send a maid now they did so. But she left one of her hairs on one pillow case and the other pillow had a blood stain. The person who brought me an extra pillow brought another stained one. When I explained to her why that was unacceptable she was happy to get me another one. The people are nice, just clueless! Also, it is very dark in the rooms. There are very low wattage bulbs being used and even with all 5 on at the same time it is dark.

Map directions was not up to date with proper exit numbers. Upon arrival was told the room reserved for me was not available. EXCUSE ME BUT ISN'T THAT THE PURPOSE OF MAKING A RESERVATION!!!! Ended up in a smoking area instead. Although the room was spacious and clean, I was not pleased money wise. I stayed in a different hotel the next night which was just as good for $20.00 less. I have had things like this happen to me before so I suppose that's why I never travel alot.

The motel is conveniently located in Johnson City, however the cleanliness needs great improvement. There was someone's ear plug on the floor next to the bed, the pillows are too thin, the towels as well. The shower curtains in both rooms had mold on them as did parts of the walls in the shower."
