OMG!!! This is unlike any Ramada that we have ever stay in before. When we arrived to check in we gave the clerk our information that plainly showed that we had already been charged for the room for two days...the clerk asked for our credit card to double bill us for the room. After checking in and going to our room we called the front desk and asked for some extra pillows and we were told that if they allowed us to have extra pillows they would get in trouble with the management...I don't know what we're going to do if we need extra towels!?! Next time we won't try to save money!!!!!

I am not normally a complainer, I'm pretty easy going, but I have to speak up about this place. Filthy room, and the rudest people I ever encountered at a front desk. We booked the room for 2 weeks, stayed 1 night and cancelled because of the condition of the room and the rudeness encountered when trying to get something done about it. They told us they would NEVER cancel the room, we would have to pay for 2 weeks regardless of whether we stayed or not. They have a surprise coming from my credit card company.
