We live here in RI and wanted to just get away from the cold for the night and go swimming. After searching for several hours on line, I chose this hotel. IT WAS QUITE NICE. We got a great deal. The pool is great for kids. It was a perfect temperature for indoor winter swimming. Pool depth was 3 ft to 5 ft. They have a jacuzzi as well. It was very hot and relaxing. The continental breakfast was better than many others I have been too. The range was Make your own Waffles, cereals, oatmeal, muffins, danish, fruit, milk, juice and coffee. The room was nice too. The only thing I would say that bummed me out was that I got a smoking room instead of a non smoking room, by mistake. So the air in the room was quite stale and old smoke smelling. I thought that it was just the way the room was but realized in the morning that that is what happened. But as said before it was a very well kept room. Finally, for those coming in the summer, The hotel has a great area backed up to trees to play on. There is also picnic tables for outside enjoyment.

We used this hotel as a stopover between Newport and Providence. It was inexpensive so we were not expecting a lot. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised! The room was clean, comfortable, and very nice. It had a mini fridge and a microwave which were very convenient. The hot tub and pool were perfect temperatures, clean, and not crowded. We were only at the Best Western for one night, then checked into the Providence Biltmore (for work purposes), which is a historic 5 star hotel, I would choose the Best Western Greenwich Inn over the Biltmore if we are ever in the area again. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area. Also it is only 20-30 minutes from Newport and from Providence, very centrally located to these two places.

This hotel was absolutely great. It was located about 20 miles south of Providence, which was good for us since we don't come from a city, so it was nice being outside the city. The hotel was up right off of the main highway which was good (it was literally right off the exit...we actually missed it getting off, cuz it was right there and we didn't expect it to be that close). But the location was great. The beds were alright. They were sleepable, but they weren't as comfortable as they could have been. My friend had a little trouble sleeping, cuz her back didn't like the mattress. The bathroom was a little not up to par as well. The walls were peeling a little, and they were stained a little, but it really didn't matter to us, honestly who goes to a hotel based on the bathroom. The service was excellent. All of the staff was very friendly and served our needs very well. The continental breakfast was very good too. Just enough to get you going in the morning. The coffee/hot chocolate machine thing is pretty cool if you ask me....it's a really fancy one that has like 7 different functions and drinks that it serves. The breakfast room was really cute and cozy as well. But our favorite part about the hotel was the pool and jacquzzi. They were both warm and hot enough to our liking. It was very relaxing for us. This was just a three day vacation from our real lives in snowy, miserable Vermont, and we enjoyed every minute of this hotel!!! I would definitely recommend it!!!
