  We checked all the reviews and decided to book for three days during recent race week . Hotel is close to track and Concord Mills Mall. Rooms on the smallish side with a shower only . Staff and service was adequate at best and the room attendant made only one of two beds one day . Front desk clerk could care less , not a big deal for the price we payed . Plenty of restaurants nearby . Thought the location and price more than made up for the minor problems of staff and service . Would stay again for similar price ( $** per night)

  This was a last minute trip for shopping. We have always been very pleased with the value of Trael agents reservations and read the comments carefuly to help with hotel selection. The ratings for this facility were / are very misleading. The suites have a good sized seating area, but the sleeping area is poor. There was only a shower Linen had cig. burns. Tile in Bath was broken and rough. Interstate noise was bothersome, and guest service was marginal at best. When inquiring about a local newspaper, we were given directions to a neighboring hotel where we received better service as public then where we were guests! There was also a rate offered that was $ below our pre-paid rate and no offer of expunging the difference. We travel to this area multiple times a year . This was our first and LAST stay at this hotel!

  Everything went fine except... i think it was overpriced for the type of hotel it was. oh well. i could have shopped around .. but didn't have time.

  The rooms where a little on the small side. However, I would definitely stay there again. The staff was excellent and worked to resolve an issue. The continental breakfast is the best I've ever experienced! Would definitely recommend.

  We checked in after 8:00pm and found the standard rooms to be a bit too small for us. We called the Front Desk. Since we booked here, they would not accept a paid upgrade. So, they upgraded us to a beautiful suite for FREE!!! They were wonderful to talk to and kept everything very tidy. The private jacuzzi was wonderful as well. "
