This hotel is a little pricey for what you get?????The staff you see needs to come down a little from their high horse and remember we are the ones that keeps them in business.The food well was ok.Don't talk about the beds.Sleep on the floor was more comfortable then them but dirty.The bathrooms please clean a little better people don't want someone eles hair. use a little BLEACH it helps.

This isn't your typical hotel. The hallway was narrow and the room size was average. The matresses were well used. The hot tub was closed and the indoor pool was actually an indoor/outdoor pool so the cold wind came blowing in. Definitely overpriced.

I have been to Jackson 4 times. Every single time over the last 3 years, I have stayed at the Doubletree. The cookies are to die for, the desk staff are exemplary, and the rooms are very clean and neat. The dining room has room for improvement, however.
