  Room was very clean. very friendly staff. pool area was great with hot tub and kids pool. game room was very nice, kids loved that.

  The staff was extremely courteous and helpful; A+ to them. My family stayed here to visit Holiday World. It was a little out of the way, but nice to have better access to restaurants and stores in Jasper. The price was more reasonable than some closer hotels, and the drive was not too out-of-the-way. I recommend this hotel to any family needing a nice place to stay for a reasonable price.

  Customer service was poor. when we complained about housekeeping problems, we got arguements and blame on little staff. difficult to resolve issues, we had to wait until another manager came ...

  Customer service was poor. When we complained about housekeeping problems, we got arguements and blame on little staff. Difficult to resolve issues, we had to wait until another manager came in the next day. We didn't feel ""taken care of"" there. Pool was nice, though. Close to Holiday World.
