Much to like. Must have been redone not long ago and in a good way. The wood furniture dates back to a Wyndham standard of a few years ago, and presumably was original and dates the hotel build to when Wyndham owned Summerfield, but the hotel overall feels near-new. Bedding and soft furniture new Hyatt standard-issue and not worn. Evening reception the one night we were there was on par or perhaps a bit better than an average Regency Club setting (meaning good; not great but good and plentiful). Breakfast was similar if a bit bland. I'm not especially a fan of the extended-stay model, but still a screaming bargain at the price paid.

08/25/2009We stayed there last summer and were pleased to find a personal dvd player in our room, comfortable beds and a wonderful breakfast. very quite too!

Stayed at the Hotel for 4 days, staff was attentive and friendly. Rooms I'm told are all suites they were of good size. A little trouble getting to off of Arapahoe, I-25 exit right at place where you need to turn in.
