  This is not a good hotel for business travelers. No room service, no high speed internet. The rooms are dingy and depressing. The only thing to recommend the hotel is its location to the center of town but, it badly needs renovation and remodeling.

  I have found Hawthorn Suites to be superior in the past. This one is very disappointing. I requested a low floor but One very slow elevator or 4 flights of stairs to walk the dog was very inconvenient. There was no ice bucket in the room and it took the clerk 2 hours to find me a pitcher to use. The room looked dingy and depressing. My suite was a plain hotel room with two queen beds - no chair or sofa. 1 desk and chair and a micro/fridge - this is a ""Suite""?.
