  This was obviously once a Grand old Hotel. It is very quiet. rooms have a balcony, floors in rooms are linoleum (yuck) The price was good, but did not include breakfast. We asked for non-smoking rooms, but all 3 rooms that we had reeked of old cigarette smoke. This place would benefit from new drapes,pillows,mattres, etc. It was very quiet, but more than 30-45 minute walk in to old part of city.
