We spent one night instead of Mohegan Sun. Front desk personnel were pleasant, polite and professional. Halls were very clean Room was generic, no frills, businessman room. The room itself was very clean and had no mystery hotel room smells. The linens were white and crispy.Same with the bath towels. Everything worked properly ;TV, remote, room heat/air conditioner, phones, faucets, etc..... There was nothing unpleasant with the hotel. We would definitely go back

Exactly what I was looking for and more! Clean, easy access off the highway and staff was superior! Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast spread was super....way more than just your typical continental breakfast and the Breakfast hostess Theresa was a delight! She was well organized and kept everything supplied even when the room was filled and she was running her tail off. She made you feel as though you were a guest at her home!

My boyfriend & I were looking for a close, cheap & above all clean place to stay overnight for Mohegan Sun. With our triple A discount, we couldn't have gotten a better deal! Once we saw there was a continental breakfast, we stopped looking elsewhere. We arrived around 6PM and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. She gave easy directions to Mohegan (a right out of the hotel and then straight for about 12 miles). Once were settled in our room for a half hour, she called to make sure everything was alright for our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the extra couch was a plus. You also get to choose between a regular feather pillow or a foam pillow. We didn't get to swim in the pool because it closed at 10 and we had to be at dinner by 7 but it looked small but quiet. I would have liked to swim after the casino but that was around 1AM. The only thing I really disliked was the fact that they slipped a copy of our bill under our door around 3AM which really scared me because it woke me up and I didn't know what it was (especially because we hadn't ordered any food/movies). The breakfast could've been better but you don't really mind when it's free anyway. The coffee was definitely hours old though. But all in all we will stay there again, it's an awesome value! Applebee's is right next door which was great for the families, everyone loves it there ;-)

This hotel was a breath of fresh air compared to many we've stayed at.We were pleased with condition and cleaniness of the entire hotel. Staff actually called room after we arrived to confirm everything was to our satisfaction. Breakfast was not your typical continental,but a mini buffet including eggs and meat.Easy access to I-95 and 20 mins to Foxwoods/Mohegan Sun. Would recomend this hotel to anyone.
