Dirty: when I grabbed a towel after my shower I found a _string_ of hair as long as my arm. Breakfast: if you want anything more than a cup of yoghurt or a slice of fruit you'll have to order it through a touch-screen that doesn't work, with the obvious consequence that you'll spend the 20 minutes you planned for breakfast fighting with the machine. Room for clothes: non-existing. 50% of the room for my shirts was already taken by the Gideons with a very small bible. Imagine the room that was left. Coffee: after consuming the first day's ""complimentary coffee"" allowance, the roomkeeper refilled the in-room bin with decaf only. In-room alarm clock: does not work. Schedule wake-up calls with the reception! Internet: the free Internet is so slow you'll think you're back in the 90's with a 54K modem connection.

My mother, grandmother, and I stayed here for four nights. We were very pleased with the hotel and our stay, especially for the price. The staff was always nice and very helpful. The continental breakfast included Starbucks coffee, fresh fruit, cerel, breads, oatmeal, and juices, along with real silverware and dishes. The rooms were clean, updated, and roomy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is strictly for business travelers with short staying plans. It is not designed to house children. I liked the free usage of computer/internet and complimentary breakfast; was won over by the Starbucks coffee. Yum!
The first night we checked in, the representative gave us (me and my husband), double beds instead of King Size room; although the double bed room is much larger than King Size. Wish the beds were more comfortable.
Customer Service were so friendly and helpful, all the way around from the reps, maids to maintenance. They all were so friendly. Thank you!
I booked another hotel 5 miles away to accomodate my teens and save money. If my travel was strictly business this would be the place to stay. -

The room and the quality of the service was more than I expected for the price I pay, but be careful as the price I pay was a specisal discount through Travelocity. I found out when at the hotel, the rates are pretty reasonable from Friday to Sunday and then they almost quadruple for the rest of the weekdays.
The room had 2 comfortable queen beds, a sofa that converted to a bed, a work desk for busines traveleers, free Internet wi-fi and a 42" plasma TV that was very nice.
Can't beat this deal for the price I paid ($79/night). -

We were thrilled with our whole stay at the hotel. The staff was very kind and courteous. The room was wonderfully spacious. The breakfast buffet was an added bonus. Resturants close were also very nice. We would definately stay here again.
