I booked a three night stay and the first morning at breakfast I wasn't paying attention and I suddenly had a terrible taste for I had not noticed that the strawberries they were serving were totally spoiled. FIne, I can live with that. Next day I awoke early and left for a day of meetings, I returned to my room to catch a quick nap and shower prior to dinner, however the room still had not been cleaned (This was at 3:45 PM). So I called down to the front desk and requested that my room still be cleaned, and asked that no one disturbs me until 5:00 PM. ""NO PROBLEM"" replied the front desk clerk. So as I'm beginning to drift off to sleep, there's someone pounding at the door. Sure enough housekeeping, The house keeper could only speak a handful of english words but was able to convey to me that the room must be cleaned now for she has to leave at 5:00 PM. ""Fine....Come on in"". Finally, Each evening I had made one call back to Minnesota using the telephone in the room. I had a total of three phone calls all made after 10:00 PM at night for a total of 46 minutes. The hotel charged me $106.00 for the three phone calls!! All that was posted in the room was a very ambiguous small print sign saying that long distance will be charged AT&T rates plus .75 and an access charge. Whereas what the real charge is $14.79 for the first minute +$1.54 a minute thereafter. Shouldn't that be clearly stated and posted as per consumer protection laws. Why Hyatt would choose to rip off a repeat customer for a short term gain is beyond me. In review - not a good experience at all!!

This hotel was recently gutted and redone. Everything was top notch - especially considering the low online travel website room price. The room was very clean, beds & linens were comfy, plenty of hot water for the shower and many soft, plush towels. The room was a good size with a large, flat screen TV, fridge & coffee maker and a work desk with computer ports. There was also a nice-sized sitting area with a comfy couch, ottoman and pillows! The ""continental breakfast"" was much more than stated - lots of choices and they served Starbucks coffee. The staff was very friendly & helpful. I plan to stay here again when I come back this summer.

My husband and I felt so spoiled to be in such a stylish hotel room....the couch was so comfortable. We enjoyed watching the big screen tv while lounging on the couch instead of the bed. The room was so clean and the bed was comfortable...just like home. The little office cubby spot was just right to do the emailing and business that we needed to attend to.

The Drury Inn & Suites was a very nice and clean hotel. The breakfast in mornings was a good meal to start your day off with. French toast and sausage was my favorite...The Happy Hour was awesome to unwind from long day of shopping and before going to room or out to dinner. The Longhorn restaurant was right behind hotel within walking distance. Meal was terrific and service great. Overall very pleasant stay for weekend getaway and would definitely stay in a Drury Hotel again and espeically in Dublin, Ohio...
