  Stayed the night of July 25. My room was musty and the carpet felt sticky. There was no chair for watching TV...sitting on the bed is not comfortable for everyone. They advertised an armchair, so I was disappointed. I can't say I was impressed by the staff; kind of sullen and not very interested. At checkout, the clerk insisted on swiping my credit card again, since I prepaid, I'll probably have to spend some time clearing up the double payment. Oh, Joy!!! On the "yay" side, they have an above-average breakfast offering (included in room price).

  We have stayed here before, but the rooms need to be updated. cleaning has feel way below what it should be. i will say their breakfast is better than most.

  I've stayed at the Country Hearth about 6 times during the last 12 months and will definitely stay again. The location is great. The rooms are nicely decorated and large. The breakfast is great--Belgian waffles, bacon, sausage and gravy, fresh fruit, cereal, etc. The staff sometimes has freshly baked cookies in the evening. The only complaint I have is that there is no USA Today given to customers or a rack where you can purchase newspapers.

  I have stayed in this area many times this is the first time that we stayed at this hotel. It will be the last. The staff at this hotel was the rudest I have come across in a long time. We made arrangements with the night desk clerk for a late check-out on Monday (one and a half hours) so we could meet our son for lunch after check out. The day clerk forced us out anyway. Theatened to charge us for another day. I still haven't gotten a receipt for this room. I had a second room that my inlaws stayed in for two nights. I still got treated like crap!

• Clean and very affordable

  All summer we have been taking rides and just stopping when ever and this is this is the most cleanest,affordable, and staff very polite. we will be back again.
