Ibrought my daughter to the jameson inn for her birthday she was turning 12 i wanted her to have a memorable birthday with her girlfriends, the ladies in the office were excellent with our needs they brought extra towels to us at the pool, and then offered us the conf. room where we could have her birthday cake and have plenty of room to accomadate all that were invited. i want to say thank you for making such great memories for my daughter and i recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel I must say is one the best i have ever stayed at. The rooms are clean the staff is great and the breakfast is wonderful. I will come back again and again. And i have and will continue to tell people of this hotel. THANKS AGAIN JAMESON INN STAFF FOR A WONDERFUL STAY!!!!

my husband and i booked anight away at this hotel because we had not had one since our honeymoon. everything went really wel. they placed a bag with crackers candy and bottled waters in our room. the room was very clean and there was a card with the housekeepers name on it and who to call if we had a problem. the breakfast was excellent with biscuits and gravy and fresh made waffles. we had an excellent time. the problem we had was that i booked us a room at this hotel several weeks later for another stay. when i went to pay for it i was infromed that a large group had decided to stay an extra night and we no ,longer had a room. the manager offered me another room with no refrigerator and no microwave. i said why can't you move those people and she said we can't do that. i said we'll you can give my room away but you can't move them. she claimed that she had attempted to call me that morning(a lie) and let me know and I told her that i would have to see what my husband wanted to do. she asked me to call and let her know something, which i didn't, just like she didn't let me know anything. i called and spoker to her supervisor and she was no help either. i will not be returning to this hotel EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a traveling manager based in Austin, TX and my job requires me to visit Alabama and Georgia several times each month. I have recently started staying at Jameson Inns instead of another National Brand because of the value and great people. This hotel in Jasper certainly met my needs and lived up to my expectations. I will be sure to come back.

I have used this hotel in the past but, will NEVER use it again. the first room I was in the door was sticking and couldn't get it to open, the deadbolt lock wouldn't work, the toilet kept running you had to jiggle the handle to get it to stop. the 2nd room I was in was some better but the deadbolt wouldn't work in there either, they sent someone to fix it and told my family and their corpate office that it was fixed but it never got fixed properly.my hotel room was prepaid and they charged my credit card for the entire stay again at time of check in, had to run around to get info for the hotel so they could fix their mistake. Not a very relaxing vacation.
