  The room was so filthy my feet were black on the bottom. i had to get my own toilet paper and towels from the office. the room was not cleaned ...

  the room was so filthy my feet were black on the bottom. I had to get my own toilet paper and towels from the office. The room was not cleaned once during my entire 5 day stay. The trainee who was there the night I checked in made a mistake on the room charge and it was not caught until I checked out, where I had to pay for a charge that I was not aware of. No receipt was given to me when I checked in.
