  I had stayed here many times and it was a nice place. The problems now are a"free" breakfast that is getting less each time. They control portions, don't replinish items, and you better get down before 8 AM or you will starve! I had to go out to find food 2 of the last 3 days I was there. Also, call and make sure the hotel isn't full of kids playing in soccer tournaments. If so, cancel and go elsewhere, you will not sleep. Also maid service is getting poor. Room wasn't cleaned until 6PM. May need new manager!

  We stayed here for two nights. Upon arrival at first they had trouble locating our reservation but finally located it. The lobby and convention area are both very nice. The lobby has a nine story atrium with glass elavators. There is also a waterfall in the lobby. The suite was very clean and comfortable. There is everything needed for travel in the room from ironing board to a coffee maker and microwave. The suites are great for both business or family travel. The sleeping area is divided by a door from the living area which makes family travel nice. Every night there is a reception in the lobby with snacks and drinks and the breakfast is part buffet or cooked to order. The food is very good. It is a full service hotel with restaurant,bar,and room service. There is also a gift shop. The pool is very clean and nice although it seems to stay very busy with a great deal of children in it. The exercise room is very nice and also a steam room and restrooms and shower nearby. We enjoyed the handy location to the interstate and shopping. We would also encourage a trip to downtown historic Franklin. It is a beautiful hotel and we will stay there again.

  ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN AND SMELLED! HOTEL FILLED WITH YOUNG KIDS. OUR NEXT DOOR GUESTS WERE VERY LOUD. I'VE STAYED IN MANY EBASSY SUITES AND THIS ONE IS A DISAPPOINTMENT. I HAD COME TO BELIEVE THAT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR WHEN IT COMES TO EBASSY SUITES, NOT THIS TIME.
