We just got back from Tucson yesterday and had a fabulous vacation. We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and had a wonderful room overlooking the pool and a peekaboo view of the mountains. We reserved a suite which had a king bed and a sitting area, which we did use, and a mini kitchen with a fridge and microwave. I hadn't known before about the kitchen but was pleasantly surprised when we walked in (we ended up using both the micro and fridge). The breakfast was in a nice big room which was never crowded with a nice selection of breakfast items. The only thing I would have changed is that they have more fresh fruit. We noticed a lot of families with kids. It would be a great place to bring your family. The rooms were very clean and so was the lobby and the staff was very pleasant and friendly. The only other thing I didn't like about the hotel was that the bathroom did not have a fan and it got very hot in there at times. I would definitely stay there again. By the way, it's in a great place in Tucson, by great shopping and about a 10-15 minute drive to the downtown area.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Accomodated our room change so that we were over looking the pool. Great breakfast each morning, the kids had lots of choices. The pool was clean and there were always towels around. The kids were asking to go back to the hotel each time we left!

As a family of four, it's difficult sometimes to find a comfortable and reasonable stay. We have a 10 month old and almost 3 year old and the set up in the room was great with a divider wall between a sitting area and the other beds. WE used this for our toddler and they had the crib set up before we arrived, which I had requested. Normal hotels just have the scary metal cribs, this was a nice wood with the bumper pads and matching quilt. Nice touch. We had plenty of naptime there and it was quiet. Front desk was so helpful in where we needed to go and getting us extra things. I forgot my razor and they had a few toiletries complimentary. The breakfast was a great variety for picky kids ands good choices for us as well. The woman who sets it up was nice and making sure we had everything we needed. It helped to have a fridge for obvious reasons. They even had makeup remover pads, and I happen to have forgotten mine. Again, it's like they have thought of everything. We did the web check in for our flight the night before, so we went to the business center and printed our boarding passes. It was very smooth from start to finish. Front desk helped me with the printer. The pool was perfect, so our toddler could swim twice a day. We were absolutely pleased with this location since it's right next to our destination. Chicagos grill next door was another perk...good food and kids friendly service. Only wish they had spa services at the hotel=)
