The hotel was minutes from the Mystic Aquarium, Seaport and good dining. The indoor pool was also a plus in case of rain. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel was fancier than our regular destinations, but well worth the price. Check out the special packages.

This is definitely a 4 star hotel, from the time you walk in to the time you leave. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I stayed both in a basic room and a King spa room. The King Spa has a huge woorlepool tup in the bathroom that fits two people comfortably. The rooms are very clean and the bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept on in any hotel. A little expensive especially for the King Spa (over $300 a night) but definitely worth it.

From the lobby to the staff to the room, everything was great. We got insider tips from the very helpful registration staff member.on great dining venues in Mystic. Our room was clean, the bed very comfortable. The only complaint I had was trying to get the room cooled. Apparently, a new thermostat system was installed that is based upon a motion sensor. When your are not moving, the air cuts off????? They promptly sent an engineer to check but I was told there was nothing they could do. It did cool down in the night when the temperatures outside cooled. Overall, this hotel was a great place to stay and the price was what I consider a good value for the 4 star service and comfort.

01/24/2007I would highly recommend this hotel . the rooms are very clean,hotel staff is wonderful .the restaurants are fantastic. would definately return to this hotel again.
