The hotel was great (despite some very rude guests). Our only issue, and it was a big one, related to our wake-up call our final morning. We had very early flights and needed to be up by 3:15 am in order to reach the airport in time. Not only did we not receive a call, the other member of our party, staying in a different room, did not receive a call, either. When I woke up the desk clerk, who had been sleeping in the common area in front of the TV, at 3:35 to say we hadn't received a call, he said little. When the other member of our party called the front desk to complain about the lack of a call, she was told ""well, I fell asleep."" That would have been little comfort had we missed our flights (from Boston, one to San Jose CA, one to St. Louis MO, and one to Atlanta GA). The lack of concern was appalling.

The hotel location and amenities were great. The hotel was very quiet although it was fully booked. The breakfeast was awesome and plentiful. The kitchen in the suite is fully equipped so no need to eat out if you don't want to. Beware in 1-room suite, pull-out is a single bed so if there are 4 or you, you need a roll-away bed or get the 2-room suite. The bathroom is located in the main bedroom so everyone has to traipse through the bedroom to get to it. Overall the service and personnel are polite, friendly and first rate and very, very helpful. They want to make your stay hassle-free.
