  We accidentally left some travel equipment at this hotel on sunday, nov. 30, 2008 and sent the general manager an e-mail on dec. 1, 2008. it is now dec. ...

  We accidentally left some travel equipment at this hotel on Sunday, Nov. 30, 2008 and sent the general manager an e-mail on Dec. 1, 2008. It is now Dec. 29, 2008 and there has been no response nor return of our lost item. We called tonight and the manager is out until Thursday. We fear we probably will not see our lost items and will have to replace them. Obviously relying on e-mail was not a good idea.
