  This a very basic hotel on the beach, providing all inclusive service but in no way, shape or form on the level of an Oasis hotel that is in Boca Chica that has much security and does not allow public access to the beach as does Don Juan Hotel. The grounds of Don Juan are extremely outdated, and I am putting it mildly, and generally does not rate the room charge they expect. It's not that you should not stay at this hotel but if you're looking to get value for your money, especially if you're with your family, write this hotel off your list. Luxury, beautiful grounds and property, awesome pool and friendly service are not synonymous with this property.
