First experience was walking in to check in and being greeted by a sign saying that the attendant was out and to have a seat and 'don't ring the bell'. After about 10 mins, someone finally showed up and took a phone call while I stood. I had to go to my vehicle to check my license plate and waited in line when I returned. The attendant could be heard talking on the phone to her boss, complaining about 'whining' customers. Short version is that our reservation was all screwed up, they tried to charge us for an extra room, and then admitted their screwup all while being a total witch. When we got to the room, their were 2 towells, even though we were asked and told them we had 4 in our party. The hot tub was nasty. The room was loud. The beds were 70's vintage. Never again....
