  As a regulrar corporate traveler, I rarely do these reviews, but this placed deserved it. Not only is it clean, but the people are incredible. I've stayed several times now, and I've never been disappointed.

  We stayed at this hotel the weekend before and had an okay experience. We chose to stay here again the next weekend because we were visiting a sick relative in the Iowa City area hospitals. The first day was great and we like the location of this hotel and the great breakfast they offer. On the 2nd day of our trip, our room was not cleaned. When I notified the front desk after a long day at the hospital with 3 children, they offered to give us coffee. I was very disappointed they did not offer to discount the room considering it was too late to move to another room or have them clean it that late. 2 of our 3 children were already asleep when we arrived back at the hotel. On check-out morning I alerted the manager again of our disappointment and she only offered to notify the executive house keeper. We will have to visit the area many more times in the coming months and we will not stay at this hotel again. There are many other comparable hotels in the same vicinity of this hotel.

  We reserved a non-smoking king suite but could smell a strong cigarette smell order from the bathroom. heat/ac unit did not work great and mirror doors of closet ...

  We reserved a non-smoking King Suite but could smell a strong cigarette smell order from the bathroom. Heat/AC unit did not work great and mirror doors of closet were broken and hard to open and close. Pool area was great for kids and they have a very nice breakfast each morning. Good value for the money. Would consider staying elsewhere for a cleaner room.

  I was very pleased with this hotel. We do not travel a lot, so this was a big deal for us and this hotel has nice rooms, and was very clean. Breakfast was great nad the staff is very nice.
