My husband and I stayed in this hotel for our honeymoon 9 years ago and was very happy then. We have since stayed here again because the Jameson Inn gave our room away that we were planning on staying in for a night out and the desk clerk gave us a great rate because of our problems with the other hotel giving our room away. Those two stays were very good but this last one was not. Our room was very nice and clean but the faucet in the bathtub dripped and I found a bug in the top nightstand drawer. also, the phone on the desk did not work . The biggest problem we had was that there was a computer in the lobby that was supposed to be for guests to use for the internet and the three times my husband attempted to use it, there was a desk clerk on the computer. So, when we left I e-mailed customer relations and complained. I got a letter of apology and $20 worth of coupons good for our next visit. So I guess the problem was solve. The breakfast bar was very good with a lot of good choices. The biscuits were hard though and the gravy was awful, but what can you expect, it was from a mix. Overall, the stay was very relaxing and I would have to say very wonderful!!!

This hotel is advertsed as ""no Pets"". On returning to our room on Sat. night., we noticed a cat in the window of a room on the second floor. I notified the front desk and she did not report to management as I asked the next morning whether it had been reported. The front desk said no, but, they do charge the people extra for cleaning when they have pets. This does not help people who don't want to stay in a room after pets. We will not stay at this hotel again

This inn does not meet Holiday Inn Express standards. The rooms were damp and very musty, no vents in bathroom. The grounds were not maintained and the pool was green and dirty. One of the male cleaning staff walked into my sister's room with the pass key. We have stayed at the inn for several years and each time it gets shabbier. and things that are broken never get fixed or replaced. I don't think we will stay there anymore. The staff is great except for the stupid man on the cleaning staff. It is not their fault that the owner of the inn is cheap. We will not stay there again.

My brother & I stayed here while we we're in town for a funeral. The staff we're great & the rooms we're clean, affordable & comfortable. The breakfast buffet was awesome.We would recommend this hotel to anyone.
