Great place to stay and very convenient to airport. Rooms were neat and clean. Front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service on time and we had no problems whatsoever. We liked it so well that we are staying there again in two weeks!

This was not what I expected from a Hiliday Inn. The bathroom was filthy and one of the towel racks actually fell off when I pulled a towel from it. The beds were rock hard and I asked for King size beds and they told me the largest they had were double beds. I'm 6'2" and my hubby is 6'5" plus we had our 4 year old with us. Needless to say, it was a very uncomfortable night. The staff was not friendly. When I asked the morning clerk for driving directions to a local aquarium, she literally did not say a word. She pointed to a bookshelf with pamphlets. I found the pamphlet with a map on the back. I asked her where we were so I could follow the map and she said to me "Follow the map to take you there". I walked to the side to let another person behind me up and they wanted directions also. All she got was "sorry, can't help you". I will never stay at this hotel again.
