  We booked this hotel as an overnight stay to visit family nearby. I rate the staff with five star service because they were so friendly, professional, and hospitable. Continental breakfast was free and included both warm and cold meals. The room was clean and spacious for a family of 4. I found this hotel to be better than some of the 5-star hotels I've stayed as far as how we were treated by staff and cleanliness. We will definitely be staying here again during future travels and I totally recommend this hotel to others.

  A no-frills hotel that met expectations. Shuttle service from airport was wanting but to the light rail, it was fine. Foreget the ""fitness room""; it is on a smoking floor and the gym smells like a tavern and looks like a boiler room. Breakfast was adequate.

  We stayed for 2 nights - the 1st night we did not have enough pillows or blankets - hotel said they were out. Mold and dirty bathroom, dirty carpet, - we tried to get another hotel, but all were sold out.
