  After making reservations through the hotel website, I was quoted one price. Upon check-in, I was charged $20 more per room ( I had a total of 5 rooms). When we got into one of the rooms, we immediately saw roaches along with a horrible smell. There was also a large hole in the counter where the sink was. The door knob to the bathroom was on so bad that you could look through the door. When we went to the office, we were told that all of the rooms were like that and they couldn't do anything for us. We were not offered any kind of compensation. When we walked back to the room, we were approached by a prostitute and also approached by several people asking for money. Had we had the money to go to another hotel, we would have immediately left but after spending over $ ***on rooms, that was not an option without a refund which they would not give us. Upon checkout the following morning, we again complained about the condition of the rooms and were told there was nothing they could do about it. The front desk clerk wouldn't even give us her name nor would she give us the corporate number to complain. This hotel should be shut down immediately for health violations and crime. The Staff is horrible.

  This was one of the worse hotels i have ever stayed in. It was located in a bad part of town. The rooms were not very clean, The walls had holes in it. The furniture was damaged from water. It looked like the whole room had at one time about 5"" of water standing in it.

  Booked a fridge/microwave unit, but there was no microwave. Told they would get one to us, but never did. Ants crawling all over walls and in sink. When staff members were powerwashing the windows water came rushing in on AC unit, and we were afraid to touch it for the rest of the day because of water standing on it. Rooms horribly dirty! People standing around outside at night. Overheard several people who came home from work only to find that their room was now occupied by someone else and their belongings were missing. Ended up leaving 4 days early.
