I worked for this hotel. It isn't nearly as bad as X Babylon, NY made it seem. It's definatly, without a doubt, not worth * a night... but it isn't THAT bad. If you want to stay somewhere that's decent then this place is fine. And it's right beside Outback. And the 100% Guarantee... that's a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee... what that really means is... Comfort Suites will move you as many times as you want until you find a room that is OK. But if you've been in your room for hours then ur not getting a refund. AND (this is where people mess up) Tell me how it makes since for you to have a problem but not complain, actually use the room, sleep in it all night, and then complain the next day and expect a refund. They see that as ""If it'd been bad enough then he would have complained last night."" Stop being ""Too Tired to switch rooms"" or ""Too tired to leave"" If you're money means anything to you then say ""No, I want to see the room that I will be put in... not ur ""Display room""."" Be smart with your money. Comfort Suites has stains on their carpets... they clean them though and cant get it out. The housekeepers clean the floors with the wrong cleaners and it leaves residue. But for the most part Comfort Suites is really desent... and the Breakfast is GREAT!!! I work for the Comfort Inn now on Exit 20... we're a lot newer and the rooms are a lot nicer. But if b4 u complain about CS... go stay at Knights Inn. You'll be begging for Comfort Suites then. Trust me & come see us at Comfort Inn!!!

looks good from outside-showed us a "display" room at first glance seemed OK--couldn't understand why the rooms had such a strong disinfectant spray oder. I guess to cover the strong mold & mildew smell. I was actually gagging on the smell. The room-filthy-bathroom floor-filthy-the toilet was clogged-told me to come to the front desk to get a plunger & plunge it myself!--I thought the bath floor was just stained--I dampened a cloth wiped, and it came up black. The "reception"--I heard the girl at the desk ask the staff who was going for the pizza that nite--are you kidding?-this is not a suite-it's a half wall w/ a dirty loveseat on the other sid-i wouldn't even sit on it-at least an inch of dust around the perimeter of the room-no queen size beds-only full size-we were tired from traveling-too tired to go elsewhere-laid still in bed all night so blankets wouldn't touch us-left the next morning without washing up--i kid you not-wouldn't even get ready in that disgusting mess--here is the best part-upon leaving--i blasted the staff at the desk-i went up one side and down the other about the state of the accomodations-at $129.49 per nite.they wanted my phone number and told me someone would contact me-never happened--i just found my paperwork in my desk--low and behold they had given me a card that said"100% guarentee"---if you are not pleasedw/ your room--you will not be charged--guess what--i was charged--if anyone reads this--trust me--it is your worst nightmare-there ought to be more strict regulations & laws to shut this filthy mess down.
