The room was very spacious and well cleaned! The king size bed very comfortable. Most of all the shower actually had pressure enough to feel clean!! They had a wonderful hot breakfast bar, plus coffee and tea in the rooms. In room refrigerator and microwaves worked well as did the television.

We checked in around 2:30 in the afternoon and had to wait for a room to be cleaned. We did notice when we walked down the hall to our room, most all were not cleaned. The door was open to most all the rooms.When we went to the room it stunk like old cigarettes, no towels ( we were told upon check in we would have to wait for these), and not real clean. I asked housekeeping if there was another room available and there was. I went back to the front desk and asked to be moved and told her why. She actually rolled her eyes at me and told me my room had been non smoking for a year and a half. She did move us though. The bath room floor was dirty in this room and there was a shoe print on the wall. I could be a nice hotel if things were more organized.

Simply put...if your budget alows it, stay here. That doesn't mean it is THAT expensive but with tavel costs being what they are, there are adequate places for less money. There are high end places that aren't worth the extra cost for most travelers. I think the cost here are in the middle and based on the facilities and service, worth a few extra hard earned dollars. The only "negative" comment is that the rooms are layed out so that the king bed we had was next to the A/C unit. If the sound of an A/C unit bothers you, then this might be a problem. It wasn't a problem for us.

My family and I stayed here for a wedding in January. What a great place! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. My son wanted a chocolate donut, but the hotel had run out of them during the breakfast. The frontdesk staff overheard this, and personally walked over to their sister hotel next door and brought back a chocolate donut for my son!
As far as the rooms, the staff told me the hotel just completed a massive renovation. You can definitely tell, as the room even had a "new room" smell. The beds had duvet covers, the TV was a flat screen version, and the bathrooms had granite countertops.
The location was very convenient, right off of I-24 within a stone's throw of a shopping mall and a bunch of restaurants.
Stay here - it's very pleasant and a great value for your money! -

We have visited this hotel twice now. Paducah is a halfway point to the east coast for us. This is an excellent overnight stop. The hotel has always been clean with a courteous staff and the rooms have been very comfortable after a long day of driving. The price is average, but overall I recommend this hotel to anyone stopping in this area. (indoor pool, but could not get wireless internet all in room)
