    I grew up in Columbia, SC so I am very familiar with this hotel. I now live in Raleigh, NC and was coming back to visit. The rooms leave so much to be desired. The rooms did not feel clean and the shower curtains were browning at the bottom. We bought dinner to go Saturday night and ate in the car because we did not want to sit in that room. The carpet felt so gross that we left our shoes on the entire time while in the room.
