  Once found this is a nice facility in a spectacular location. Do not, I repeat, do not fail to get directions to this place before arriving in Hilo as the staff will not answer their telephone or respond to emails. We did not receive a confirmation email with directions and none of the locals in Hilo who we talked with had a clue as to the inn's existence or location.
  
  But the good news is that this gem at the end of a single lane road above Hilo is nestled on a hillside right next to your own private waterfall and botanical garden; the rooms are comfortable; the breakfast is lovely; and the only noise you are likely to hear is from the waterfall.
  
  This is a great spot from which to strike out for daytrips to the volcano, Hilo, and the other falls in the area. Return at sunset to enjoy the falls and get a great night's sleep.
