The suite was just a large room, nothing special. We thought it strange that the TV (one) was not located in proximity to the sofa. I'm sure this is a great place to stay for families with small children as the pool area was rather nice. However, for the older kids, the hotel was not so great.

10/03/2006Our room was clean, large and comfortable. the continental breakfast was better than most hotels with same service including ""real"" waffles. we would recommend this hotel to our friends.

My twin sister, her husband, my husband and I rode our Harley's from Chicago to Appleton for a family reunion. It looked beautiful from the outside as well as the inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was awesome. I will only stay in Comfort Inn Suites from now on.

after standing my ground i got the non-smoking room that was promised,There was no maid service. we had no new towels, no toilet paper, garbage cans were full, beds unmade. The manager did bring us what we needed and emptied the garbage. Breakfast hours could be better. we had to be at the pool at 7 am breakfast didn't start until 7 am. I came back for breakfast on sunday and it was closed at 10, but then went thru the lobby and found out that they extended it. totally unfair. The wireless internet was bad, it keep booting you off if you could even get on it.
