Would never stay there again!!!

Arrived at the hotel at 8:00 PM, checked in, went to our suite. The room was 85 degrees, reported it to the front desk and went to dinner. Came back from dinner and a man is in our room (I had left valuables in the room and was not happy about someone being in there without us present) working on the air conditioner, he left and came back 10 minutes later to see if he had the air working. He said they had other rooms with the same problem and offered us a fan. After 15-20 minutes the room was no cooler. We said no again to the fan, change us to another room which they did willingly. I stated that the jacuzzi was important to us after a long and busy day traveling. The new room did have working air, things are looking up. Husband took his shower and started running water for the jacuzzi - great - not so fast - it doesn't work. By then it is 10:30, I am wet, naked, no nice soothing jacuzzi and not very pleased with the hotel. Reported all to the front desk in the morning and was told to call the travel agent that booked the room, they would make no allowances. Would never stay there again and will certainly not recommend this hotel!!!

The staff at the Regency was very friendly. They were always helpful. I needed to fax out some documents for work and there is no charge. That is not typical these days. They also have a small biz center that is free too. The rooms were larger than the typical hotel room and they included kitchens.. Great for longer stays. I did eat at the restaurant a couple times.. really good prime rib. I'll defiantly stay again.
