I am a frequent traveler. Very rarely do you actually get top notch service. The staff was wonderfull, they anticipated every need I had. I was treated like family there. This hotel was so clean..I was there with a large group for a function this time, but every single one of us had the same expierence..We even took time to speak with the manager to show our appreciation on the service we recieved from booking our reservation, check-in, dining and check out. Our group and my company only use this hotel when in Chicago.

I booked a standard room and the staff took it upon themselves to change my room to a suite, when I tried to get my standard room back non were available. I tried to contact the mgr upon checkout and was told his wife was in labor & her water broke, I tried to call him several times later & the next week was told again that his wife's water broke & was in labor. How is that possible?That is what I was told. It has been about 2 weeks & I am still waiting to hear from the mgr all I want is the diff refunded, since I did upgrade. I will never stay in this hotel again!!

They do last minute cancellations. After having rooms booked for over five months, they cancelled all for one of our two night stays. We had 20 rooms booked. Just a little bit of a hardship don't you think.
