I stayed here for four nights, working in the Portland Metro area. Just off I 5, but quiet. Can access the 5 easily as well. Very good places to eat and drink very close. A previous reviewer said no dept stores close, but Fred Meyers is close - just west of the hotel. Plenty of fast food places too, if you prefer. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, beds just soft enough. Good breakfast, and varied, with always something hot. The only problem was parking, but I have a large pickup truck. The hotel atmosphere itself was quiet, so it was easy to get that PC work done. I intend to stay here again.

We have stayed at this hotel twice now and expect to return. We had a very pleasant stay both times. The staff was courteous and helpful. The both rooms were very comfortable and clean. We especially like the location of this hotel. It is very close to I-5 but you would never know. It is on a very quiet street with very little traffic. There are plenty of restaurants nearby--several within easy walking distance. There are lots of places to shop in the area. It seems to be right in the middle of everything--yet nothing is right next to it. We didn't try out the pool because it was in the middle of a make-over.
