We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Greenwood for two nights while in town for a friend's wedding. The hotel was very clean, the front desk service was great, and check in/out was a breeze. Our room was clean, we had plenty of towels, and though we occasionally heard voices in the hall, it was mostly quiet. (It was labor day weekend so I understand the hotel was quite full.) The breakfast was really good - not just regular cereal/bagels, but also eggs, sausage, and gravy. The one downside was that the TV reception was not clear on about half the channels - we could still see & watch, but it was fuzzy and there was static. But, we weren't in the room a lot other than for sleeping so we never complained to the management about that issue.

If you are using a GPS or the internet, you will not get correct directions to the hotel. When you make your reservation, ask them for the correct address to put in to your GPS or website. Once we found the hotel, we were not disappointed. We did have a small snafu when we first entered our room. It looked as if someone had been laying on the bed -- maybe Goldilocks, I don't know! LOL I immediately called the front desk and the clerk was very apologetic and immediately came with the key to another room. In addition, she upgraded us to a suite with a whilrpool tub and reduced our rate. I would recommend this hotel but they do need to do something about being able to find them by using a GPS or website. By the way, their address IS 1180 Wilson Drive but when we entered that into our website, our directions took us in to the center of a mobile home court!

This is the cleanest hotel we've stayed at! The lobby floors were like glass. Our room was very spacious (with jets in the tub!), the hotel was quiet and very comfortable at a great rate, and breakfast was very good. We HIGHLY recommend this hotel.
