I wish the hotel would have mentioned they are going through a remodel. I called the hotel twice prior to arrival and no one ever mentioned it. The noise is amazingly loud and when talking to anyone at the font desk, they were extremely rude and not even attempting to help. Every single person I came in contact with at the front desk was rude. If you're in the area, you might want to look into another hotel , remodel or not.

I was in Gallatin on business. The Hampton is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, and the place my meeting was held. It was very clean and the staff was most friendly. The only negative was that the comforter was lumpy.
