  Really enjoyed the hotel. Clean and family surroundings. We loved swimming in the pool, they even left it open late for us. The staff was very friendly and always smiled. The manager always had a smiling face, even when another guest was rudely criticizing her. This place made me feel comfortable and at home. We will definitly be returning to see Tyler and Sarah, they really went above and beyond our expectations.

  we stayed here for 3 days. it has a very nice area for your dog to play and go potty. they keep the grounds and pool very clean. the restaurant isn't great but good coffee. the location is awesome for playing at the lake! walking distance to good shops and dining! not a lot of spring breakers-thank goodness!

  I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS HOTEL/MOTEL FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS AND I AM BOOKED FOR THIS APRIL. I PROBABLY WILL LIVE IN LAKE HAVASU CITY WHEN I RETIRE. THIS PLACE IS GOOD OR VERY GOOD UNTIL THEN.

  We booked this hotel online for one night. We were very disappointed when we went to check in and they didn't have the room we reserved. We were put in one of the two remaining available rooms. It was very small and outdated. The beds were horrible. The woman at the counter was the worst. Another staff member had to go outside to get her because she was busy talking on her cell phone. She then continue to talk on her cell phone while standing in front of me. When I told her I was disappointed in the room she suggested we find a new hotel. So we did!

  everything was perfect except the housekeeper forgot to put ammenities in our room. no coffee pot, ashtray, etc., which they happily gave us at front desk. staff was very friendly and room was clean. perfect location for lake and food. will be going back!
