We've stayed there 3 times and never once had a bad experience. The staff was always friendly and helpful, the room was always clean, the breakfast buffet is absolutely awesome, and the hotel lobby is simply beautiful. You can walk indoors from the hotel to the parking garage (and not have to play in traffic or weather to get there). We go during one of their busiest times in the summer and without asking, recieved a room upgrade. We also, without asking, recieved free breakfast buffets for each of our days. That could be only with a particular clerk, but the point is, they were friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. If you need to contact them (which I've had to do), they get back to you very quickly. I am one of the pickiest people on this planet when it comes to customer service and cleanliness. And it takes a lot to impress me. This hotel impresses me and I would never hesitate to book a room there, ever.

Unknown to us prior to our arrival for the weekend, the Executive Inn books bands on Friday and Saturday nights. The floor of our room on the fifth floor literally vibrated from the music. According to a hotel clerk, guests in at least half of the hotel's rooms are able to enjoy the music from their beds. Since the bands are booked until 1am (played longer on both nights) do not book a room here if you are interested in sleeping before then. We changed rooms three times during our brief stay. In general the rooms were somewhat dirty (remember we got to experience three!) We found toothpaste on walls, hair in the tubs and towels marked w/dirty soap rings. We had one room with a TV that did not work, one room without hot water and two rooms where the heating/air temperature control did not work. The parking garage was poorly lit while the stairways and elevators to the parking levels were filthy. Despite the sleep disruption caused by band music and dogs that barked all night (pets are allowed) and despite the obvious convenience of moving into three different rooms we were not even given a break on our bill at the end of a very long weekend. Customer satisfaction was obviously not a priority at the Executive Inn.

I loved the new front lobby, the pool is great size but it was freezing. Beds are the worst I slept on. access from the Garage was ok. The access from the hotel to the fitness center is terrible if you are a guest. I had to go out in the cold to get to the elevator to the fitness center. Breakfast Buffet was great and so were staff.

The hotel looked nice but needed work. It was in the middle of remodeling. The pool wasn't heated. The main entrance to the pool was closed so we had to walk though the lobby which made me really uncomfortable. The hallway was too warm. I wouldn't stay here again.
