  The overall appearance of the Hotel was nice, unless you had to deal with the staff. When checking in it seemed like a chore to the desk staff. I then went to the room and found it had not been cleaned yet, and the house keeping staff was very accomindating and said our room would be next. I went back to the desk and the same gentleman said I went to the wrong room. I really don't think it's my fault his hand writing resembled chicken scratch. That same night we spent a lot of time in the lounge and the staff once again made it seem like such a chore to serve it's customers, this was even after we dropped a 22% tip on our $200 tab. The pool area was enjoyable and the water park staff were very nice.
