  Just return from a night stay at ESD. We were put on the 2nd Floor (three floors total). You can hear footstep and other noise coming from the 3rd floor. This is especially bothersome when you tried to sleep at night. Also the hotel smells. This may be because some guests cook in the kitchen which is in each room. If you don't mind the noise and you like to cook, this may be the place for you.

  Need to seriously consider how bad you want to stay somewhere if checking in on the weekend. the night time check in staff that night gave us horrible smoking rooms, ...

  Need to seriously consider how bad you want to stay somewhere if checking in on the weekend. The night time check in staff that night gave us horrible smoking rooms, uncleaned, and tried blowing us off completely when even trying to get clean sheets to replace sheets that had been slept in by previous tenant. During the week staff was great. Good manager!!!, IF you can get in contact with her when you need help. Garbage/linen room always overflowing. "
