This is a very old hotel which has been gutted and remodeled. The staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is excellent. Good quality food, lots of variety, and a very dedicated employee who kept everything neat and spotless. The matresses and pillows are new and excellent quality...very comfortable. Very nice TV with lots of cable channels. Outstanding desk chair...so comfortable I tried to find a brand name so I could buy one for myself. The location is excellent if you want to be able to walk to downtown locations...it's close to downtown businesses, shopping, and parks. The only drawback is that the hotel has no parking lot. However, they have an arrangement with a nearby covered parking garage, and the parking costs $6.00 per day.

Staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, clean, and very quiet. Nice to have wireless. Good breakfast as usual from the Holiday Inns. Location was wonderful, close to shopping, casino, and handy to all the bus routes. Limited airport shuttle service (of course it did not fit into our schedule) and there would of been a charge. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Great downtown hotel
02/18/2007Rooms are large. there is a fitness room, hot tub and bussiness center. clean rooms, great customer service. close to shopping and restaurants.

We had a great stay! The location was by far the best feature. The room was very nice & clean, & the bathtub was awesome! Close to shopping, the casino, & Taylor Field, we walked everywhere. It was a good thing I brought along my confirmation from this site as the front desk staff tried to charge me again for our stay. In the end it was all worked out, but was a slight inconvenience at check-out. Just be aware of this fact when you stay here. We will definitely stay here again, & recommend this hotel, & this website. Thanks for the great rate!
