We stayed here on our way to Montana, the staff was so accomodating and friendly, our room was nice very roomy, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was yummy. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked the hotel again for our trip back home. Great place to stay we will stay here again next time we travel back to Montana.

We have stayed at the Shilo Inn in Idaho Falls several times. The rooms are very satisfactory and the buffet breakfast is outstanding. This time, however, we were put in a room that had obviously been a smoking room. When we asked to move, we were immediatly moved to another room that smelled much better. The second morning we were there, there were no fresh towels in the bathroom. Again, our request was answered prompltly. The breakfast was just as good as ever and included in the price. We will stay again.

Stayed at Shilo after booking through Travel on Labor Day weekend of 2009. The check-in process was extremely slow, hot tub was out of order, hotel ran out of shampoo/conditioner, no express check out. Any single one of these would not be a problem. However, altogether, we would definitely not stay there again. On the bright side, the warm breakfast buffet was very good.

Stayed July 5th to the 7th 2009. I have stayed here a number of times in the pass and enjoyed this hotel. However it has become very run down and out dated. Lobby and Halls dirty. Dirty glass and dish in the halls. Pool nice but my 15 year old cut her foot on something in the pool (Glass) and they kept the pool open. Spa and hot tub broken. The free breakfast was disappointing. Cold food and no choices.This hotel in really showing it's age. Much better hotels down the street for the same or less money. Would not stay again.
