The room we were assigned had a broken door, it was off the hinges. We were given a new room only after we complained and repairs could not be made. We were forced to sign a set of rules for the pool and hot tub use re: guests, children, hours, wristbands etc. We followed them, unfortunately no one else did. At 10:30 pm. during the alleged "Adult" hour, we attempted a little quiet time in the hot tub. This was impossible as there were several children screaming and jumping in and out of the hot tubs and pool. The staff at the desk could hear and see all this, yet, did nothing to enforce the rules. We were told the next morning we should have complained, which rankled us further. The front desk is right there! It would have been impossible to NOT hear the loud noise. This was a major irritation especially since we signed off about the rules at check in, adults were present with the children after hours, and the children were screaming and running around like it was midday. Also, housekeeping team has a bad habit of yelling very loudly down the hallways before 8:00am. We also noticed room service trash / trays in the hallways, some which sat for over 24 hours. It was unsightly and actually smelled. Might also note that every time we've stayed here the room was very noisy. Either we hear motors running all night (not vehicle traffic) due to the room location, or we are in a busy hallway where there is a lot of foot traffic and the elevator is close.

I stayed with my 300+ coworkers for 3 nights in this hotel. Very good conference facilities. The bathroom was miniature. You can't even walk to the toilet and shut the door behind you. For real, there are handicapped toilet stalls bigger than the bathroom in the king bedroom I stayed in! The pools and hot tubs (2 of each) were a lot of fun and the indoor pool/hot tub area was decorated very well. The fitness room has a lot more variety than what I see at most hotels. Received a personal response from a staff person based on my online review of the hotel (so someone DOES read those!). The room decor was up-to-date. My ""value for the money"" is skewed since we received a really good group rate of $* night. The food in the restaurant was mediocre but our waitress was excellent.

Rooms are very old, in need of renovation, not maintained even close to the Radission tradition and expectation. A Band plays very loud on Saturday nights, the entire core of the motel vibrates and will keep anyone up until 1:00am; no warning by staff upon check-in. The pool was consistently foggy and not clear for the entire stay, and was not heated. Bathrooms are extremely small with broken tile and missing grout. In general very worn, and in dire need of repair. The air-conditioning system is so loud that you must significantly turn up the volume of the television when it runs. I would NOT stay here again.

Great hotel. Fun for families or couples. Has something for everyone. The indoor pool is the best. Has an outdoor pool too with Tiki Bar. The parrot was fun for the kids to talk to. Staff was not the friendliest, but we plan on staying again.
