I stayed here Memorial Weekend while traveling to NC I stopped going and on my return. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They gave a detail map of all the restaurants/shopping malls in the area or a short drive, if you can follow directions. You'd be surprised what you can find out if you take the time to ask. The room was extremely large with excellent bedding and very nice towels. There were plenty of pillows on the bed. Going back for the 4th of July weekend also. This was my 3rd time at a Laquinta Hotel. I find the chain great for the price. I feel very comfortable during my stay. Save lots of money to spend on other things while traveling. I only need the room to shower/sleep in.

This is a sub par hotel in a very poor location-a cul de sac off Rt 1 in a depressed area of warehouses and parked trucks. You don't want to go walking in this neighborhood at night or day. The hotel is a dump with a new paint job. The rooms are passable, the ""breakfast"" is very limited, the ""business center"" is a broken pc in a corner of the entrance and the fitness center is 3 old treadmills squeezed into a small room. Come on X...stop deceiving your customers and give this hotel the rating it deserves.

The staff was very nice and suggested several good restaurants. My only complaint was that as soon as you left the lobby and got on the elevator, it smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The hallway smelled and I had to spray air freshener in the room and open the window to air the room out. The only way I knew it was non-smoking was there was no ashtray in the room. This hotel was nicer as a Marriott Fairfield Inn.

My family rented three rooms for a reunion and were very satisfied. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was great by hotel breakfast standards. Our room orginally was on the 4th floor, the hallway and room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Once we let the front desk know they moved us immediately to a non-smoking room. I would suggest that you specifically request a non-smoking room on the first three floors if cigarette smoke bothers you.

The hotel is in a nice, quiet area surrounded by trees. There are several restaurants close by as well as easy access to interstate. Our favorite thing, though, was a computer in the lobby free for guest use. We were able to check email and do various internet searches related to our traveling. Very helpful!
