I have enjoyed myself everytime I have stayed at the Radisson. This is my choice place to stay alone or with my family. The staff are very helpful and assisted me with directions and questions about things my family could do while there. I usually stay in one of their rooms with two queens but this time I occupied one of their suites, great room. The staff are always welcoming and everyone goes out of their way to make my familys stay quite enjoyable. I really enjoy their pool and fitness facitlity. My family loves to Shop and they directed us to a great big mall a block away, and what was beneficial is by the time we had experienced all our outings we really did not want to go far for dinner, the charcoals steakhouse is right there really helpful and next time I go I want to try del something del dante I think hear its great. Great trip to Kitchener

I have enjoyed myself everytime I have stayed at the Radisson. This is my choice place to stay alone or with my family. The staff are very helpful and assisted me with directions and questions about things my family could do while there. We went to get away from the kids and do some shopping. Was walking distance to the Fairview Park Mall. Ordered in room service which was wonderful. Sleep number bed was the best sleep i have ever had in a hotel. Will be returning for sure

Did not get the room i reserved with king bed and sleep number bed and no feathers (i?m allergic). floor and curtains were stained. maintenance barged into my room ...
Did not get the room I reserved with king bed and sleep number bed and no feathers (I?m allergic). Floor and curtains were stained. Maintenance barged into my room unannounced and told me I could not use the bathroom for 3 hrs. My anniversary weekend was ruined. I would never go to this hotel again; I was treated badly and did not get my money?s worth. I regret my stay at Radisson.
