Horrible. I knew of the Cortina years ago and it was a nice hotel. It is in total disrepair and is not a healthy place to stay. Mold, mildew and non working AC. Dirty bathrooms, dirty sheets and a dehumidifier in the room to try and get some of the moisture out of the rug. Just horrible experience. If it wasn't 11 pm when I checked in I would have left. I did leave as soon as I could in the morning.

Hotel was quite charming, with free coffee in morning; coffee and cookies in afternoon. Staff was pleasant. Pool and Hot tub were great. Rooms were unique and comfortable, but not luxurious. Room temperature was hard to control. All in all, a nice place that I would stay at again.

Upon check-in I was given notices of expected behavior of pets & kids. Therefore I expected a quiet room. You name it, we could hear it coming from above us. Then, a group arrived at 1:00am and congregated loudly. Nothing was said to these guests. A blood and excrement stained towel hung in my room. The whirlpool was disgusting. And, the pool was closed the whole time as it was dark green. We had to climb a 4' wall of snow everytime we needed to go out We felt like second class citizens.The hotel has still not responded to my complaints.

receptionist unfriendly,smell in hallway,pillows were xlg.pillow case too small for pillow,heater was either too cold or too hot. shower had rust and mold. breakfast buffett cold and no taste. pool you could not see your hand 3in. of water. hot tube had dirt ring around it with unknown foam. decks unshoveled with empty beer case outside, ice machine broken on our floor. needs major updates. how anyone rates this good is beyond me.
