There was limited service in the hotel and the front desk was very friendly. Room service was not very good. The cleaning for the room, they didn't actually clean the rooms well. We checked out early and complained to the front desk. The front desk was nice, they gave us the manager's card to report that and we left him a voicemail. We still have not heard back from the hotel manager. Overall, not a good hotel. I would prefer a different and better hotel next time.

The rooms were great. From the outside it does not look very nice, but as soon as you walk in, you see the beautiful layout. Room as very nice overall with a good selection of features. The only problem I had was with the restaurant, which seemed ill prepared to handle any business for a Sunday morning rush. They offered a reasonible price breakfast, but we wait 20 minutes and even longer to see a waiter. We walked out at this point. Overall it is a great stay, just make sure you go ut to the many restaurants around to get your breakfast on the weekend.

We booked this hotel last minute due to weather conditions. It was a great price and a good location (you can see the 401 from the room). The rooms are very up-to-date, modern, clean - the overall hotel was also very welcoming and updated. I would definitely stay here again!
