We stayed here in a pinch because it was the only place we could get a suite that allowed smoking. We were dissappointed for many reasons. The rooms are in major need of upgrades. The loveseat and chair were both stained and worn on the armrests. They were also uncomfortable and very dated. The chain latch on the door was missing. There was only one remote for both televisions, which was annoying. The tv in the bedroom area was missing a piece where the cable hooks up, so the picture was fuzzy. The bathroom was small, with peeling wallpaper, a cracked toilet seat, and a stained tub. Breakfast is free, but not very good - cheap quality food. The staff was friendly, but unable to accomodate our needs. For example, when we notified them that the pool area was out of clean towels, we were told they would be bringing some shortly. They never brought the towels and when we asked again, they suggested we use our bath towels from the room. We also asked for a plate so we could reheat some pizza - they would only give us a small saucer, and told us it needed to be returned as soon as we were done with it. They were able to provide us with an extra blanket and pillow. The pool and hot tub were pretty nice, although very heavily chlorinated. In the morning the pool area had not been cleaned from the previous night. There were wet towels laying on the tables and chairs, even thought there was a basket for them. I stay at hotels a lot, and this one is not worth the money.

i checked in at lees in at 1.30pm and they said the room is not ready yet but the front desk help me to get in room in 15-20 minutes cuz check in time is not till 3.00pm i was very impressed with my stay and the breakfast is so good and i will come back to this hotel again and i recomend this hotel for those people less money for good quality.staff is so friendly they makes you feel like home.

If you are short of money and looking for a place to lay your head here you go. The prices are reasonable and for good reason. Although the front desk help were more than friendly, the hotel needs to be upgraded. Some of the furniture is worn, matresses are uncomfortable and the tv's are outdated. Its like 1989 in there instead of 2007.

I was excited to have booked a room that was so compromising in price, only to be disappointed with the end product. I entered my room 226,(Exec. Suite), a feeling of being ripped off came over me because of the following: 1)chain on door missing a screw, 2) love seat arm rest worn out & soiled, 3)lounge chair right & left side arm rest torn, soiled, & worn out,4)lamp shade plastic liner torn,5)phone line missing clip to lock in securely,6)desk chair seat missing left & right screws allowing seat to swivel,7)fitness room devices out of order

This hotel was so bad, i would not recommend even my worst enemies to stay in this hotel. It had a bad order the carpet was dirty and the rooms look like they haven't been upgraded since the hotel was built. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!
